Yoga Classes

My general yoga classes are slower paced with an opportunity to deeply connect with the breath, find ways to release tension and stress through stretching, includes yoga for back care and strengthening the core.   Class ends with guided relaxation.

Mondays 9.15-10.30am Class FULL

Wednesday 9.30-10.45am via Zoom

Thursday 9.15-10.30am NEW class begins 10th Oct!

Thursday 6.30-8.00pm

$20 casual pass, $85 5 class pass or $150 10 class pass

Pregnancy yoga classes incorporate poses for physical strength to manage labour as well as to encourage pelvic stability to support the body through pregnancy, assist recovery and to promote good posture. Combined with the importance of breath awareness and deep relaxation, women are encouraged to trust their intuition and summon their natural birthing instincts. All poses can be modified to accommodate any pre-existing conditions or special situations in pregnancy, so no previous experience of yoga necessary. 

Why not come along to try and see if the classes are just your cup of tea! The pre-natal classes are designed for pregnant women from 14 weeks pregnant up until birthing  to create optimum health and awareness of their body as well as creating an opportunity to connect with other mums to be in a friendly supportive environment.  

By taking time out each week to connect to other mums to be can help normalise the emotions and challanges that may  (or may not) present during this time.  Surround yourself with women who understand your needs. Classes aim to help women face labour confidently and calmly, preparing for whatever turn their birthing takes or whether you elect to have a cesarean or not.

Mums & Bubs Classes are fun classes to meet other mums and connect with your baby through yoga in a supportive environment. You are encouraged to tend to your baby whenever you need and with no pressure to do anything!   

 A great way to ease back into exercise with safe, supportive poses and stretches to assist post-natal recovery, tone the pelvic floor as well as gaining confidence and strength in your body.  

Stay for a cuppa afterwards if you can. 

Monday 11am-12pm This class is run as a 5 week course but can be attended casually. $85 5 week course or $20 casual attendance. Next 5 week course begins 7th Oct 2024.
